Adobe Acrobat Quote Requests
Freshworks Deal Registration
Resellers that register eligible opportunities in accordance with the Program Guidelines are eligible to receive a 22-25% discount off Reseller unit cost if the deal is closed within 90 days.

Opportunity Eligibility Requirements

Reseller must be Freshworks Authorized to qualify for the Program.

Registered opportunities must identify the specific sales opportunity within the institution or organization, including the department that will deploy the Freshworks solution and provide the contact information of the decision maker at the institution.

Opportunities need to consist of the minimum order qty specified on this program. Opportunities must be registered at least ten (10) business days prior to the deal closing.

Incident IQ Deal Registration


The Incident IQ Deal Registration Program is available to all Incident IQ Authorized Resellers in North America. The purpose of the Program is to protect and reward Resellers for sourcing and closing new Incident IQ sales opportunities.

Opportunity Eligibility Requirements

Reseller must be Incident IQ Authorized to qualify for the Program.

All fields and requirements must be filled out on the Incident IQ Deal Registration form.

Registered opportunities must identify the specific sales opportunity within the institution or organization,

including the department that will deploy the Incident IQ solution and provide the contact information of the decision maker at the institution.

Opportunities must be registered at least five (5) business days prior to the deal closing.
-
The opportunity must be net new to the Incident IQ sales pipeline.

Deals identified by Incident IQ and extended to Resellers for fulfillment are not eligible for the Program.

If the opportunity is at the RFP or RFQ stage, the deal registration may be denied.

Deal Registrations are good for 90 days and can be eligible for a 60 day extension.

The Parallels Deal Registration Program is available to all Parallels Authorized Resellers in North America. The

Opportunities must consist of either 25+ units of Parallels Desktop for Business (academic and commercial) or 100+ units of Parallels Mac Management.

The opportunity must be net new to the Parallels sales pipeline.

Deals identified by Parallels and extended to Resellers for fulfillment are not eligible for the Program.

TechSmith Deal Registration

TechSmith is committed to the success of its channel partners and values the investment needed to find
new sales opportunities. The Deal Registration Program rewards and protects partners who market,
promote, and sell TechSmith solutions to their customers.

Opportunity Eligibility Requirements

All Deals must be registered (https://discover.techsmith.com/deal-reg). Some partners may have a process with their team, and that is acceptable.​

Partners can receive up to 8 additional points of margin

Deal size must be at least: $3,500 MSRP USD for education sales

Only reseller partners (not distributors) may apply for deal registration

Only one partner at a time can be approved for deal registration per opportunity

Distributors cannot register deals on behalf of a reseller

Partner Benefits of Deal Registration:

Additional 7% margin for all approved deals that are closed through the Deal Registration process

Assurance that Wasabi sales team is aware of and will not compete for the same deal or the associated end-customer account

Support and collaboration from Wasabi Sales for help with the Deal and end customer account as needed
Deal Registration Discount Eligibility:
-
Deal is defined as a qualified Reserved Capacity Storage (RCS) sales opportunity with a specified end customer of 100 TB or larger, with a qualified project and budget.
-
Only one partner will be approved to receive the discount per registered opportunity. First qualified deal registration, by date and time, gains approval.
-
Deal information must be accurate and complete including a valid end user email address.
-
Deal must be registered via the Wasabi Partner Portal.
-
Partner and (if applicable) Distributor must be in good standing in the Wasabi Partner Network Program with current resale terms and conditions in place.
-
Deals are tied to the partner who registers them, not the distributor.
