​How does the migration process affect resellers who have both US and Canadian accounts setup with DSS and both accounts transact Adobe EDU business?

​Is there communication resellers can share with their customers before they migrate to VIP MP?

With the Adobe reseller console going away, how will resellers have visibility into their customer’s license and product summary?

If a customer has more than one VIP contract, will the CustomerID be different for each VIP contract?

​If a customer with a Q3 or Q4 renewal is migrated by February 28th and places an order prior to the DSS reseller console being ready, how will resellers know an order was submitted? What correspondence will resellers receive?

Can a reseller assign more than one primary contact for their VIP MP account?

How will auto-renewals work with VIP MP?

Will renewals still only be processed 30 days prior to the anniversary date or may renewals be processed longer such as 60 or 90 days prior?

Will pricing be pro-rated and if so, on what duration?

Are resellers able to get a price quote before 30 days prior to the anniversary?

​For customers that are required to get three quotes and require a formal RFQ for renewals, is there still a process in place for quoting?

​If a customer orders Adobe Stock through their admin console, downloads assets and the order is not processed, will the stock license still drop out of the console after the 7 days?

Is the marketplace Adobe’s or DSS’s for ordering and customer info?

In marketplace, do customers change primary admin and/or admins as same as in VIP or do they need to email naresellers@adobe.com?

Should resellers setup new VIP customers under legacy VIP or VIP MP?

Is there a difference in price from DSS for equivalent VIP/VIP MP SKUs?

The window is shrinking from 14 days to 7 days for reseller to act on licenses added to the console by the customer. If the order is not placed in those 7 days, will Adobe allow a customer to add the same licenses again? If yes, how many times can this be done?

Will LWS still be an active tool interfacing with Marketplace?

Will reseller partners still need to be Education Authorized to sell to the education market?

Is the direction for Adobe EDU Marketplace to be integrated into Climb CS Expedition Marketplace?

Do end users have the option to change their anniversary date when making the move to Marketplace?

Does VIP linking work the same in VIP Marketplace?

Does an end user lose their current tier level when migrating to VIP Marketplace?

Will VIP Marketplace allow for renewals beyond 12 months?
