Creating Linked Memberships – Reseller
Reseller will need to provide the following information to Cloudmarketpace@dss-edu.com

Name and Customer MP ID number for the customer that will be the “Owner” of the linking relationship.

If the linking membership will be a standard or a consortium

Standard: Suitable for departments or sub-organizations with separate budgets or administrative requirements

Consortium: Suitable for groups of organizations with shared interests and goals, managed by a central entity.

A name for the Linked Membership
The Cloudmarketplace team will create the linked membership, and an invitation will be sent to the linking member owner.
The customer will need to accept the terms.

The invitation appears in the customer Admin Console as a banner in the Admin Console Accounts section.

Select Accept terms to review and accept the Linked Membership terms and conditions.
Note: After accepting the terms, that customer becomes the Linked Membership admin. Now, they must invite their affiliates to enroll in the Linked Membership by following the information found at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/vip-marketplace-linked-membership.html
Creating a new customer in the Adobe VIP Marketplace

A new VIP Marketplace customer is created with the submission of a new order.

The new order must include the customer information outlined below.

“NEWMPID” needs to be input on the reseller PO in the field normally designated for the agreement number.

The Customer MP ID number is created when we process the order.

The customer anniversary date will be set, aligned to their first order date.

The customer will receive an activation link to activate their account upon order generation.

Your customer needs to accept the Welcome email that comes from message@adobe.com.
